Nuevas Funciones de Twitter

Es sabido que Twitter está constantemente haciendo cambios para mejorar sus opciones. Pues bien, recientemente, ha aparecido el botón de "Mute", es decir, podemos limpiar nuestro time line de aquellos de los que pensemos que sus tuits no serán relevantes por un tiempo. Pero la pregunta es, ¿por qué hacer esto?

Puede suceder que alguien en concreto vaya a algún evento que no estamos interesados y, sabemos que va a estar todo el tiempo tuiteando  sobre éste; también aquellos que de cuando en cuando envian 10 tuits seguidos a la misma vez...

Ahora, ¿qué pasa si nuestros usuarios "muteados" nos preguntan sobre sus últimos tuits? Simplemente pulsamos "unmute" y leemos rápido su TL ;)

Twitter New Functions

It is well known that Twitter is constantly making changes and improving its options. Well, recently, the "Mute" bottom has appeared to our tweets, that is, we can clear our time line from those who we think their tweets for a period of time are not relevant. But the question is, why do we do this?

It may happen that one specefic user goes to an event you are not interesting in, and the user is going to be  sending tweets about this all the time; also those users who from time to time, just send 10 tweets in the same time...

Now, what about if these users ask you about their recently tweets? You just unmute quickly them and read through their own TL ;)

La mascota de Google: Panda 4.0

Llevamos escuchando bastante sobre Panda 4.0 desde la semana pasada pero, ¿qué es exactamente y cómo nos afecta? 

Primero una pequeña explicación: Google ha actualizado su algoritmo de tal forma que solo los medios con contenido de calidad y "buenas acciones" aparecerán en los primeros resultados de búsquedas. Esto significa, cuanto más honesto y mejor seas, más te recompensará Google. 

Así que, considerando todo esto, ¿cuáles van a ser las consecuencias? 

Básicamente tiene que ver con el contenido. Con esta nueva configuración, habrá dos resultados:

• Si estas construyendo tu site utilizando "malas practicas" (como contenido pobre o Black Hat SEO) esta claro que vas a perder posiciones en SERP.
• Por el contrario, si creas contenido de calidad, utilizas correctamente las palabras claves a lo largo del texto y tienes white links; son suficientes motivos para ir escalando posiciones en el buscador.

Así que ahora ya sabes un poco más sobre esto, solo necesitas hacerlo lo mejor que puedas y no serás "castigado" por Google. 

En mi opinión, creo que es un buen método para asegurar que todos nosotros sigamos la filosofía 2.0 donde nadie es más importante por ser mayor, simplemente porque comparte más y crea contenido de calidad útil para todos.

We have heard quite a lot about Panda 4.0 since last week but, what is this exactly and  how is it going to affect us? 

Firstly a brief explanation: Google has updated its Algorithm code, so that: only media with content of good quality and "good actions"can appear on first possitions. That means, the more honest and better you are, the more Google rewards you.

So taking into account all this, What about its consequences? 

Basically it has to do with content. With this new configuration, there will be two results:

• If you are building up your site from "bad habits" (such as poor content or Black Hat SEO) it is clear you are going to loose postions on SERP
• Otherwise, if you create a high-quality content, you use keywords properly through the text and you have white links; these are enough reasons to rise positions on the researcher.

So now you know a little more about this, just consider to do your best to be not "punished" by Google. 

From my point of view, I think this is a good method just to make sure all of us follow a 2.0 Philosophy, where nobody is more just for being bigger, simply because it shares more high-quality content useful for everyone.

Papel en Blanco

¿Qué sucede cuando te enfrentas a un papel en blanco?

Imagina que estas haciendo un examen importante, te lo dan, y cuando empiezas a escribir...¡Nada se te viene a la cabeza! 

Esta situación también puede suceder en un día normal del CM. En nuestra rutina diaria tenemos que estar al día con las últimas noticias en nuestra área. Algunas veces, te sientes infoxicado y abrumado por toda esa información.

A menudo, te sientes cansado de pensar qué quiere la gente leer, y tú solamente quieres escribir, sin pensar en SEO, simplemente escribir. Yo recomiendo esto, solo escribe lo que sientas en ese momento sobre el tema en cuestión; la gente quiere sentirse a gusto cuando lee, leer a alguien honesto, capaz de transmitir.

Soy consciente de la importancia de alcanzar cierta posición en los buscadores y demás, pero de vez en cuando merece la pena mostrar que somos humanos.

What happens when you are in front of a blank paper?

Imagine you are making an important exam; you receive it, but when you are going to start writing.....Nothing appears on your mind!

This situation can happen as well on a community manager common day. Our daily routine has to do with being update and write about the latest issue on our field. And sometimes you really feel infoxicated and overwhelmed.

Occasionally, you just feel exhausted to think about what people want to read, and you only want to write whatever you want, without thinking on SEO, just write. I strongly recommend this, just write what you feel about the topic; people want to feel confortable when reading, just read someone honest, who were able to transmit.

I'm aware of the importance on reserachers' position and so on, but sometimes it worths to show we are humans.

WayBack Machine

 Hace unos días estaba en el social media (yo allí? que raro :D) y encontré una herramienta bastante interesante. Se llama Way Back Machine. Es un archivo digital de webs, así que puedes visitarlas a través de la historia. 

Por ejemplo, si la página no funciona en este momento, solo tienes que ir a WayBack Machine, escribir la dirección de la web y puedes no solo ver la versión más reciente guardada, sino que además puedes ver su historia en internet. 

Yo la he encontrado útil cuando algunas url no funcionan (pero necesitas consultarlas ya) o simplemente para ver la evolución web de otras. 

¡¡Vamos échale un vistazo, y cuenta qué te parece!!

 Hi again!!

Few days ago, I was on the social media (me, there? strange? :D ) and I found a quite interesting tool. It is called: Way Back Machine. This is a digital archive of the websites, so you can visit them through its history.

For example, if the page does not work at this moment, you just go to WayBack Machine, write the name of the page and you can get not only the earliest copy, but a time-line of it.

I have found this useful when some urls are broken or simply to see the evolution of some others.

Labor del CM: Conocer la Empresa

Hola de nuevo!

Como ya hemos ido viendo, la figura del CM esconde mucho más que una simple jornada laboral de 8 horas... Es la imagen online de nuestra marca, la primera ventana por la que el cliente se asoma, así que es lógico que tenga que conocer muy bien a nuestra empresa.

Es muy común pensar que desde el primer día el CM tiene que abrir cuantas más redes sociales mejor, cuanto más contenido y con mayor frecuencia lance mejor; y ya estamos trabajando en nuestra presencia online. ERROR!

Para empezar a recorrer nuestro camino online, deberemos enseñar a nuestro CM nuestra empresa, nuestra marca, nuestro producto o servicio desde dentro. El CM tiene que conocernos, empaparse de nuestra filosofía, objetivos, cultura, marca, competencia, clientes... Un sin fin de aspectos que necesitan tiempo para entenderse correctamente y así poder plasmarlo lo más fiel posible al mundo 2.0.

Muchas veces no tenemos en cuenta el medio offline pero, no debemos olvidar que son nuestras costumbres y principios las que se deben reflejar en el plano online. Por lo tanto, una buena práctica sería ayudar a nuestro CM a entender a la empresa lo mejor posible, no dejándolo solo en el camino.

As we have been speaking, the CM goes beyond a simple 8 hour work-time...The CM is the online image of our brand, the first step the client found to move o, so it is clear the CM should know quite well our company.

It is generally thought that from the first day, the CM has to open the most social networks, content, frequence inputs the better, and we are from this moment working on our online presence. MISTAKE!

To start walking our online way, we should teach our CM our company, brand, product, service from the heart. The CM has to know ourselves, our culture, philosophy, brand, competitors, clients...So many aspects which need enough time to be understood properly and thus to be reflected faithfully on the 2.0 world.

So many time we do not consider the offline media but, we cannot forget that our customs and ideas should be reflected on the online media. So, a good practice would be to help pur CM to understand our company as better as possible, without being th CM alone on the way.

Reputación online: reflejo de la estima y el prestigio de una marca o usuario en la red.

Todos sabemos lo difícil, largo y costoso que es conseguir una buena reputación y lo fácil que es perderla en un instante....Pues bien, esta realidad también se aplica al medio online sin embargo, los resultados, tanto para bien o para mal, que se obtienen son a gran escala. 

Por ello a la hora de construir nuestra propia reputación online debemos tener en cuenta varios aspectos:

-no es un hecho que se consiga en un corto periodo de tiempo

-requiere un trabajo constante por parte de todos los integrantes que conformen nuestra marca

-seguir una filosofía basada en la cultura 2.0, regida por la credibilidad, honestidad, moralidad y coherencia (entre otros)

Así pues, ¿cómo trabajar la reputación online?

1) Contenido. Conocimiento de toda la información relacionada con la marca. Para ello debemos conocer dónde y cuándo se habla en la red.

2) Análisis de esta información. Aquí se deberá examinar todo lo recopilado tanto positivo como negativo.

3.Actuación. Por último se transformará en contenido útil todo lo extraído. Considerando los positivos, habrá que realzar las cualidades elogiadas (sin pasarnos de pedantes) y en cuanto a los negativos, habrá que intentar solucionarlos a la mayor brevedad posible, sino podemos nosotros, se le pasará al departamento oportuno, pero NUNCA deberemos dejar ningún mensaje sin responder.

Todo esto es un pequeño empujón para empezar a elaborar nuestra reputación online, pero aún quedará mucho camino por andar

Online reputation: is the brand or user respect and prestige on the net.

Everybody knows how difficult, long and hard is to get a good reputation and how easy is to loose it in a second...So, this fact can be also applied to the online media however, the results obtained, either good or bad, are in a bigger scale. 

For that reason and to build our own online reputation we should consider the following:

-It is not achieved in a short time

-it is needed a daily work by all the members of our brand

-following  philosophy bases on the 2.0 culture, based on credibility, honesty, morality and coherence (among others)

Thus, how do we work on online reputation?

1. Content. We should be aware about any piece of information related with our brand. So we should know where and when it is spoken about on the net.

2.Analyzing the data obtained. It is here when we should exam the information compiled either positive or negative.

3. Acting. Lastly, the data obtained should be transformed into useful information. On the one hand, considering possitive data, it is useful to highlight the qualities mentioned (without being pretentious); on the other hand, with the negative we should try to resolve asap, if we cannot do it, just pass to another department but it ALWAYS be answered.

All this is just a little step to start making our own online reputation, but we still have a long way.

Os quiero contar algo que me ha pasado hace poco y que me ha hecho relfexionar y ratificar sobre el hecho de que:

-la filosofía 2.0 está haciendo que no haya fronteras para la comunicación, vivimos en un lugar común llamado Planeta 2.0

-la velocidad de transmisión de la información puede marcar diferencias en muchas ocasiones

La semana pasada, leyendo, leyendo y leyendo, acabé leyendo el post de Alan W. Silberberg  donde  narra cómo gracias a la buena gestión y rapidez del Community Manager de American Airlines, conseguió la información necesaria, a través de TWITTER, sobre el vuelo que debía tomar. 

Con esta historia extraigo la siguiente conclusión:

-Primero, que el servicio de atención al cliente siempre ha sido útil y necesario. Por lo tanto, tendremos que adaptarnos al medio donde estén nuestros clientes (online u offline). 

-Segundo, ofrecer un servicio con gran eficacia y rapidez, esta gestión es gracias a una excelente monitorización de la empresa en el medio online.

Así pues, y después de una de las tantas historias que ya están circulando por la red, ¿no merece la pena invertir en capital humano de calidad para gestionar tu empresa en el medio online?

Today I would like to tell you something that happened to me quite short and it has made me to think about:

-2.0 philosophy is broken communication borders, we live in a common place called Planet 2.0

-information transmission speed could make the difference in some moments

Last week, reading, reading and reading, I finished reading Alan W. Silberberg post where he tells how thank to a good American Airlines CM management could get the piece of information needed, by TWITTER, about his flight.

With this story I can say:

-Firstly, the customer service has always been useful. So, we should adap to the media where our clients are (online or offline)

-Secondly, offering an efficiency and speed service, this could only be achieved due to a good company  monitoring on the social media.

Thus, and after one more of the many stories around the net, does it worth to invest on human quality resource to manage the social media?

Labor del CM: crear contenido

Una de las principales labores del #CM es unir el Contenido y la Comunidad. Sabes por qué están relacionados, ¿verdad? ¿Es fácil? ¿Se consigue en poco tiempo? ¿Cualquiera puede hacerlo?

Para aquellas personas que aún no tengan claro este concepto intentaré explicarlo breve y sencillo.

• Contenido: son los diferentes temas sobre los que se hablan/escriben/discuten.
• Comunidad: el círculo, grupo, personas, amigos, familia con lo que se habla sobre determinados temas.

Teniendo en cuenta esto, ¿dónde comienza la labor del Community Manager?

 Pues bien, todos los días hay que generar contenido relacionado con la comunidad en la que nos encontremos. Este contenido no puede ser compartido de cualquier forma , tiene que ser leído, analizado y adaptado al medio donde se lance (si, no es hay que lanzar exactamente lo mismo en facebook, twitter, instagram, blog, web... ¿te gustaría que te repitieran las cosas de la misma forma? ¿te gustaría que te repitieran las cosas de la misma forma?  ;) )

Después, hay que moderar el posible debate que se pueda dar. Puede ser de un comentario, una pregunta, interés colectivo, aportación de datos nuevos etc

Y esto es solo respecto al contenido... ¿os imagináis la jornada del #CM? ¿todo el mundo está preparado para ello? ¿cualquiera podría gestionarlo?

One of the task for a #CM is to connect Content and Community. You know how there are linked, don't you? Is this easy? Is this timeless? Anyone can do it?

For people who do not have yet clear in mind this concept, I will try to explain it the shorter and easier the better

• Content: the different topics you speak/write/discuss about
• Community: the circle, group, people, friends, family you speak about with.

Taking into account this, where does the CM's tasks begin? 

So, everyday the content related with our community should be uploaded. This content cannot be any, it should be read, analyzed and adapted to the media (yes, it cannot be written the same on fb, twitter, instagram, blog, web.. do you like to be repeated something on the same way? do you like to be repeated something on the same way? ;) ) 

Later, the discussion has to be moderated as we can. It can be a comment, a question, commun interest, new date given etc

And all this according to the content...do you imagine a working day as #CM? Is anyone prepared to do this? Could anyone manage it?

Community Manager trabaja en equipo

Hemos oído hablar de los diferentes papeles del Community Manager... Esta persona debe ser periodista, profesional del marketing, persona de negocios.... 

Sin embargo, lo cierto es que el/la  #CM debe estar en contacto con los diferentes departamentos de la empresa porque será el enlace directo con el cliente final. Así pues, si no somos nuestro propio #CM y necesitamos a una persona para que haga este trabajo, debemos tener en cuenta que ésta no es un experto en todas las materias de todos los departamentos de nuestra empresa. 

Esta persona es un experto del #socialmedia, tiene #cultura2.0 y es capaz de transmitir los valores de la empresa. Y para lograr  todo ello, solo se conseguirá trabajando en equipo.

We've heard about the different roles of the Community Manager.... This person should be a journalist, a marketing professional, a business person... 

But the true is that the #CM must be in contact with the different departments of the company because he/sheis the direct link with the final customers. Thus, if we are not our own #CM and we need a person to do this work, we must consider that this person is not a professional about all our companies department matters. 

This person is an expert about the #socialmedia, has the #2.0culture and is able to transmit the values of the company. And all this will be only  achived by working together as a team.

Cuando comenzamos a navegar por el nuevo territorio virtual, nos encontramos con un pensamiento común llamado #filosofía2.0.  Esta filosofía simplemente es una forma de entender las relaciones sociales basada en la #honestidad y #generosidad entre otras cualidades. 

#Honestidad: no engañar 

#Generosidad: flujo de información gratuita

#Compartir: hay que crear inteligencia colectiva

#Respeto: nuestras ideas deben ser libres

Así que para formar parte de este entorno, ya sea personal o profesionalmente, hay que pararse a reflexionar sobre este nuevo concepto y analizar si seremos capaces de cumplir con sus ideales.

When we started to surf this new virtual territory, we found a common though called #2.0philosophy. This thought is jsut a different way to understand the social relationships based on #honesty and #generosity among other qualities. 

#Honesty: do not trick

#Generosity: free information flow

#Share: to make collective intelligence

#Respect: our ideas should be free

Thus to take part of this community, either personal or professionally, we have to think about this new concept and analyze whether we will be able to achieve their ideals.

Este post es una reflexión que me hice hace poco. Como tod@s sabemos y ya tenemos interiorizado, el #SocialMedia mueve masas, transmite información de una forma vertiginosa, es rápida y no muy costosa.

Pues bien, de este fenómeno se deriva otro llamado "Bloggers". Hay pertenecientes a diferentes sectores, la gran mayoría lo hace por hobby, pero hay una parte importante que lo realizan con fines profesionales. 

Mi reflexión es: ¿se puede forzar un blog con unos fines económicos concretos? ¿hoy en día se escribe para simplemente #compartir tus ideas o intentar sacar tajada de un nuevo fenómeno?

Mi opinión: Cuando algo se fuerza, el resultado no es natural, y parece que se actúa simplemente con el fin de que una determinada empresa lo vea. Esto hace que el público a quien va dirigido no seamos las personas de a pie, sino marcas o empresas. Por lo tanto el contenido ya no es tan objetivo, personal y diferente, sino que se convierte en alguien más que nos quiere vender algo.

I thought about this post recently. As we already know, the #SocialMedia involves a large number of people, provides information quite fast and it has not a huge cost.

Then, because of this phenomenon another one takes place, "Blogggers". There are many types, most of them by hobby, but there is an important number who makes it with business purposes.

My thought: Can be force a blog to economical purposes? today, Is it written just to #share ideas or tried to get profits of this new concept?

My opinion: When something is forced, the result is not natural, and it seems it is only done to be seen by a particular company. This make that the target followers no longer were common people but brands or companies. Thus the content is not objective, personal and different, it is become in someone else who is trying to sell us something.

#Entender las Redes Sociales#

Hace una año, cuando empecé a entender las redes sociales como parte importante de un negocio, me preguntaba por qué es tan importante hoy en día, por qué tenemos que tener tanta presencia en las medio digital, por qué actualizar, por qué interactuar.... muchos "por qués" que ahora también respondo a las empresas. 

-Importancia: solo hay que ver las cifras de los usuarios de cada red social. Gracias a las nuevas tecnologías no tenemos que esperar a sentarnos delante del ordenador de casa para "socializar digitalmente", sino que podemos hacerlo las 24 horas a través del móvil, tablets, iphones, portátiles....

-Presencia: cuanta más presencia en internet, mejor posicionado estaremos en los buscadores (como google) cuanto mejor posicionados (que aparezcamos como la primera opción en google por ejemplo) más gente visitare nuestra web/twitter/facebook....

-Actualizar: cada día podemos promocionarnos, dar a conocer un nuevo servicio o producto, simplemente decir que estamos aquí!

-Interactuar: ¿a qué a ti te gusta que alguien te escuche? ¿ a qué te gusta la atención personalizada? ¿a que te gusta informarte antes de decidirte por algo? 

Piensa sobre estos detalles (...) y si aún no crees que necesitas estar en el social media, no pasa nada, habrá otro que ocupe tu lugar.

Hello again!

One year ago, when I started to understand the social media as a quite important part of any business, I wondered why they were so important nowadyas, why we have to be present on the media, why refreshing, why interacting.... so many "whys" that now I answer as well to the companies.

-Importance: we only have to see the number of users from the socal media. Because of new technologies we do not have to wait until arrive home to "socialize digitaly", thus we can do 24h/day by our phone, tablets, iphones, laptops...

-Presence: the more the better, we will be the fist on searchers (sauch as google) the first the more people who will visit us 

-Refresh: we can promote ourselves each day, to introduce our service or product, or just saying that we are here!

-Interaction: Do you like to be listened? Do you like be treat as unic? Do you like to be informed before deciding something?

Just think about these details (...) if you think you do not need to be on the social media, never mind, other will take your place.

Mitos sobre la figura del Community Manager

Muchos son los mitos que circulan acerca de la joven figura del #CM...Much@s se piensan que cualquiera puede ser, otr@s que pierden el tiempo jugando...Pero la realidad es que es una de las personas que más trabajo acumula a lo largo de la jornada, ¿por qué? porque un #CM tiene que estar constantemente actualizado y no dejar pasar oportunidades de negocio por no agradecer un "Me Gustas" (¿crees que suena exagerado??)

1. "Yo no necesito contratar a nadie encargado del facebook, yo subo fotos de vez en cuando"

2. "Eso si que es un trabajo, estar 8 horas delante del facebook, twitter y subiendo fotos"

3. "Venga sube cuatro fotos, y haz cinco retweet y ponte a trabajar ya"

4. (a la semana de comienzo del trabajo)"Esto no marcha, aquí nadie a comprado nada..."

Por último quiero escribir una pequeña conversación, juzgar ustedes mismos si es real o no...

- [...] como le he comentado, me gustaría poner a su disposición nuestros servicios de Community Manager

-Si, yo tengo uno de esos no se preocupe

-Pero, he observado que no actualiza varias redes sociales desde Mayo 2013 !

-Si, es que no he tenido tiempo

There are lots of legends about the young #CM... Quite people think anyone can be one of them, others that they waste time playing..But the truth is that the CM is one of the person who overtime work during the week, why? because the #CM has to be always refreshing, and cannot miss any chance to thank one "Like" (do you think that I am dramatic?)

1. " I do not need to hire anyone, I'm the person in charge for facebook, I upload pics sometimes"

2. "This is a job, working 8 hours at facebook, twitter and uploading pics"

3. "Come on! Upload four pics, make five retweets and start working now"

4. (one week after the starting) "This doesn't work, nobody buys"

Finally I want to share with you a little conversation, just judge yoursef if this is true or not...

-Yes, I've got one of them, do not worry

-But, I've seen that some of your networks have been not updating since 2013!

-Yes, I've not time yet

Cuándo actualizar?

Hola de nuevo!

Como ya nos estamos dando cuenta, el #SocialMedia se está convirtiendo en un canal muy importante en la comunicación diaria. Por ello es necesario que nuestra presencia en las redes sociales sea lo más "viva" posible, es decir, debemos actualizar frecuentemente nuestras cuentas en las distintas #RedesSociales.

Muchas palabras hay sobre la frecuencia con la que actualizar, y en mi opinión no hay una ciencia exacta. Si escribimos por escribir algo sin fundamento perderemos lectores, así que es mejor escribir con menos frecuencia pero que el contenido sea de calidad.

OJO, esto no significa que podamos estar sin dar noticias nuestra durante una semana o más!! Yo creo que cuando no se actualiza algo desde hace mucho tiempo, y no se cierra o se da una explicación dan una imagen negativa de la marca.

As we've realized, the #SocialMedia becomes in a very important tool for daily communication. For that reason it is necessary for us to be actively on the media, that is, we must update as much as we can on our #SocialNetworking.

There are many theories about the frequency for updating, in my opinion there is not a universal one. If we write something just for "writing" something not really good, we'll probably lose followers, so it is better to write less but quality messages.

ATTENTION, that's not mean to be out for weeks!! I think that if you do not update for a long time, and you do not close or give an explanation, it will be given a negative image to tour brand

Muchas veces, creemos que cualquier persona puede pasar 5 minutos en facebook, twitter, escribir varias entradas y con eso es suficiente [] pero la realidad es otra muy distinta....El cliente necesita una atención personalizada, cercana, humana, distinta y aquí es donde comienza una de las labores más importante del #CM

El #CM es el nexo de unión de la marca y la persona final a quien va dirigida el producto o el servicio, así pues no estaría nada mal dedicar más tiempo a conocer qué es lo que se mueve a través de las redes sociales; a descubrir cuál es la opinión de nuestra empresa en la red y así ofrecer exactamente al usuario lo que necesita

Así que ¿no merece la pena prestar atención a la figura del #CM?

We continue describing the function of the #CommunityManager... Sometimes we think anyone can spend 5 minutes at facebook, twitter, write some posts and that is enough [] but the true is different...The client needs a personified attention, closed, human, different and here is one of the most important tasks of the #CM

The #CM is the link between the brand and the final customer to whom the product or service gone, so it is worth to spend time to know what is around the social media; discover which is the opinion of our brand on the net and thus offer to the client what they really need

So, Is it worth to pay attention to the #CM?

"Antes" [...] Esta claro que la forma de comunicación ha avanzado muy rápido en muy poco tiempo. Párate a pensar, ¿cómo se organizaban antes las estrategias de marketing? ¿cómo se daba a conocer una marca nueva? ¿cómo se analizaban las necesidades de los clientes? ¿y sus opiniones? 

Si no os habéis quedado en la "EdadMediaSocial" sabréis que gracias a la comunicación 2.0, es posible analizar de una forma directa, efectiva y rápida todas las respuestas a las preguntas anteriores. La clave esta en una buena labor del #CommunityManager

"Before" [...] It is crystal clear that the communication has advanced very fast in no time. Stop and think, how marketing strategies were organized before? How is it presented a new brand? How customer needs were analyzed? And what about their opinions? 

If you are not in the "SocialMiddleAges", you will know that thanks to the 2.0 communication, it is possible to analyze straightforward, effective and prompt, the answers to all these questions . The key is a good work of a #CommunityManager

Ya hemos visto rápidamente qué es el #SocialMedia (si, muy por encima, pero tampoco os voy a aburrir con definiciones no?) y ahora, ¿cómo gestionar todo esto?

Aquí es donde la figura del #CommunityManager entra en acción. El/La CM es la persona que sirve como nexo de unión entre los clientes y la marca. No cabe duda de que tener contentos a los clientes es sinónimo de prosperidad para el negocio, y tener a una persona que se dedique exclusivamente a ello dará gran prestigio a nuestra marca. 

Sus funciones, entre otras, humanizar la marca, y hacerla mucho más accesible a todo el mundo. Para ello se debe interactuar rápido y constantemente con nuestros #followers.

We've just seen quite quickly what is the #SocialMedia (yes, briefly, but long definitions are boring, aren't they? )and now, how should we manage all this?

Here the #CommunityManager appears. The CM is the person who links the clients with the brand. There is no doubt that a happy client means success in the business and, having a person dealing with it exclusively will give to our brand high ly prestige.

The functions, among others, humanizating the brand and making it more accesible. To do this, the fast and constant  interaction with our #followers will be necessary.

Antes de nada, para poder empezar adecuadamente, el concepto de #SocialMedia debe ser definido.
Así pues es simple, se trata de la "interación entre personas", no como se realiza tradicionalmente, sino utilizando nuevas herramientas de comunicación como pueden ser: webs, facebook, twitter, instagram, pintarest, google...
Estas herramientas hacen mucho más fácil un constante contacto entre toda la comunidad virtual.
Ya sabes, esto es renovarse o morir. ¡Apúntate al #SocialMedia!

It is just simple, it is the interaction among people, not in a traditional way but using new communication tools such as websites, facebook, twitter, instagram, pintarest, google...
These new tools make easier the constant contact among virtual community.

Soy Lorena y soy una #CommuntityManagerBeginner. Graduada en Filología Inglesa, Comercio Internacional y ahora del #SocialMedia. Compartiré mis pasitos por aquí.

Soy una persona autodidacta, y en la red he encontrado webs, blogs, aplicaciones, tutoriales..que son de gran ayuda.

Ahora estoy un poco "perdida" en este mundo. La teoría es diferente a la práctica! Así que me gustaría compartir con vosotros mis avances, y espero que intercambiemos muchos conocimientos.
