Continuamos describiendo más funciones del #CommunityManager... Muchas veces, creemos que cualquier persona puede pasar 5 minutos en facebook, twitter, escribir varias entradas y con eso es suficiente [] pero la realidad es otra muy distinta....El cliente necesita una atención personalizada, cercana, humana, distinta y aquí es donde comienza una de las labores más importante del #CM

Así que ¿no merece la pena prestar atención a la figura del #CM?

The #CM is the link between the brand and the final customer to whom the product or service gone, so it is worth to spend time to know what is around the social media; discover which is the opinion of our brand on the net and thus offer to the client what they really need
So, Is it worth to pay attention to the #CM?
