Hace una año, cuando empecé a entender las redes sociales como parte importante de un negocio, me preguntaba por qué es tan importante hoy en día, por qué tenemos que tener tanta presencia en las medio digital, por qué actualizar, por qué interactuar.... muchos "por qués" que ahora también respondo a las empresas.
-Importancia: solo hay que ver las cifras de los usuarios de cada red social. Gracias a las nuevas tecnologías no tenemos que esperar a sentarnos delante del ordenador de casa para "socializar digitalmente", sino que podemos hacerlo las 24 horas a través del móvil, tablets, iphones, portátiles....
-Presencia: cuanta más presencia en internet, mejor posicionado estaremos en los buscadores (como google) cuanto mejor posicionados (que aparezcamos como la primera opción en google por ejemplo) más gente visitare nuestra web/twitter/facebook....
-Actualizar: cada día podemos promocionarnos, dar a conocer un nuevo servicio o producto, simplemente decir que estamos aquí!
-Interactuar: ¿a qué a ti te gusta que alguien te escuche? ¿ a qué te gusta la atención personalizada? ¿a que te gusta informarte antes de decidirte por algo?
Piensa sobre estos detalles (...) y si aún no crees que necesitas estar en el social media, no pasa nada, habrá otro que ocupe tu lugar.

One year ago, when I started to understand the social media as a quite important part of any business, I wondered why they were so important nowadyas, why we have to be present on the media, why refreshing, why interacting.... so many "whys" that now I answer as well to the companies.
-Importance: we only have to see the number of users from the socal media. Because of new technologies we do not have to wait until arrive home to "socialize digitaly", thus we can do 24h/day by our phone, tablets, iphones, laptops...
-Presence: the more the better, we will be the fist on searchers (sauch as google) the first the more people who will visit us
-Refresh: we can promote ourselves each day, to introduce our service or product, or just saying that we are here!
-Interaction: Do you like to be listened? Do you like be treat as unic? Do you like to be informed before deciding something?
Just think about these details (...) if you think you do not need to be on the social media, never mind, other will take your place.
