Mitos sobre la figura del Community Manager

Hola de Nuevo!

Muchos son los mitos que circulan acerca de la joven figura del #CM...Much@s se piensan que cualquiera puede ser, otr@s que pierden el tiempo jugando...Pero la realidad es que es una de las personas que más trabajo acumula a lo largo de la jornada, ¿por qué? porque un #CM tiene que estar constantemente actualizado y no dejar pasar oportunidades de negocio por no agradecer un "Me Gustas" (¿crees que suena exagerado??)

1. "Yo no necesito contratar a nadie encargado del facebook, yo subo fotos de vez en cuando"

2. "Eso si que es un trabajo, estar 8 horas delante del facebook, twitter y subiendo fotos"

3. "Venga sube cuatro fotos, y haz cinco retweet y ponte a trabajar ya"

4. (a la semana de comienzo del trabajo)"Esto no marcha, aquí nadie a comprado nada..."

Por último quiero escribir una pequeña conversación, juzgar ustedes mismos si es real o no...

-Si, yo tengo uno de esos no se preocupe

-Pero, he observado que no actualiza varias redes sociales desde Mayo 2013 !

-Si, es que no he tenido tiempo

Hello again!

There are lots of legends about the young #CM... Quite people think anyone can be one of them, others that they waste time playing..But the truth is that the CM is one of the person who overtime work during the week, why? because the #CM has to be always refreshing, and cannot miss any chance to thank one "Like" (do you think that I am dramatic?)

1. " I do not need to hire anyone, I'm the person in charge for facebook, I upload pics sometimes"

2. "This is a job, working 8 hours at facebook, twitter and uploading pics"

3. "Come on! Upload four pics, make five retweets and start working now"

4. (one week after the starting) "This doesn't work, nobody buys"

Finally I want to share with you a little conversation, just judge yoursef if this is true or not...
